Herein are the terms and conditions that apply when accessing this website and/or ordering/purchasing limited edition prints by Philippa Riddiford via this website.
By accessing this website you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as stated herein.
As it is necessary by law that the terms and conditions are presented on this website, please read them carefully.
General
The following terms shall apply when a customer or potential customer(‘You’) access this website and/or place an order with Philippa Riddiford (‘PR’) for the purchase of her limited edition prints (‘product’).
You confirm that you are over 18 years of age, or have permission from your legal guardian.
Access to this website is at the user’s own risk and PR is not responsible for the actions of any users of this site.
Sale of product from this website is at the sole discretion of PR. Should a sale be withheld for any reason after payment a full refund will be made.
Copyright
The website and content are owned by PR and protected by intellectual property legislation. The copying or use of any artwork, trademark, product title, design or layout herein is strictly forbidden without prior written permission of PR.
Orders
All orders are considered as an agreement to purchase and payment is to be made upon ordering. Orders will be accepted provided that all details supplied by you are complete and correct and that payment is completed in full.
Sales approved are final, unless the product should arrive damaged, in which case you must contact PR within 24 hours of delivery. Photographs of the damaged product are essential in this event.
Allow up to 10 working days for Australian orders and up to 20 working days for International orders. PR is not responsible for the performance of national and international carriers, but will take care to send via reputable companies.
Shipping and Charges
Shipping within Australia is free and the product will be sent via Australia Post in 100mm postal tubes. They will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and enclosed in brown paper. Insurance within Australia is available: contact PR via email. Product lost or damaged in transit is not the responsibility of PR, so insurance is recommended.
For overseas orders there will be a shipping charge of AUS $30.00 for up to two (2) prints (products) per 100mm shipping tube. A tracking number will be provided. Insurance will be extra, please contact P R for a price via email info@philippariddiford.com
3 to 4 products $56.00 shipping charge
4 to 6 products $85.00 shipping charge.

Please be careful when removing your print from the tube. The print is wrapped in acid free tissue and brown paper, if you are having the print framed, it is advisable to get the framer to remove the print from the tube.
Payment
All prices and quotations on this website are in Australian Dollars.
PR will accept payment for product by PayPal.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds so, in the event that the product is damaged during shipping, insurance is therefore recommended (see Shipping and Charges)
Take note that there may be variations in colour between the printed product and the image displayed on the monitor of your computer or device. This can be due to the personal settings of your device; PR is not responsible for any such variations.
All sales are final, so please make your choice carefully.
Legal Statement
All terms and conditions herein are to be interpreted by the Laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and the user agrees that the resolution of any legal dispute that may arise shall be determined in and by a Court of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia.
